Banana Muffins

Why oh why did I leave these bananas to brown? I look at my sad, golden brown, freckled, bananas and repeat aloud to myself, “Why oh why…OH!…mmmm….Muffins!” A revelation! Of course… muffins. I got right to it. Everyone knows you cant bake bananas until their perfectly freckled and a little too ripe to enjoy on their own. I even went to my favorite new york city bake shop this week so I happened have a few adorable cupcake molds…and now, the perfect excuse to use them. It will be just the thing for another charmingly late breakfast. Bon apetit mes cheris.
