Where there’s breakfast there must be dessert

Good Morning! Last night, for the first time, I made a strawberry rhubarb tart topped with crumble. In the dough I threw in a handfull of oatmeal for some added sustenance. After adding the filling, I threw another handfull on top of the tart so as to soak up some of the water released from the strawberries. It turned out rather delicious and I certainly recommend you try it at home. Oh! and make it in a nine inch pie dish…that way there’s enough left over for breakfast.
